Thinking To Enable Adsense Revenue Sharing On WorthyTips.Com

It's over a month I am testing Adsense Revenue sharing method on WorthyTips with my alias Mr. Gadget and it working good without any problem. Now I am thinking to make it official and allow others to write for us without thinking themselves as guest. I don't know it's right time or not. My site is now PR3 and will go below 100K rank on Alexa within couple of days. Actually I want to start my AllBlogTips.Com blog but maintaining two blog will be hard if I want to market both. Another thing in my mind is, should I start writing on blogging in WorthyTips or should I start it with AllBlogTips. I'm little confuse.
